Numbering: files on disk whose episode numbers TMDB does not list, often a two-parter merged into one file or a broadcast order TMDB does not use. Autograb never guesses which episode such a file is.
Provider mismatch: Jellyfin's TVDB or IMDb id for the show is not the one TMDB gives. Split drives: the show is on more than one drive or in more than one folder; choose where new episodes go. Identity changed: TMDB renumbered an episode a file was matched to.
Grab problems: a download Autograb refused as another episode (by its title, its length or its sound), a release that stalled, or an episode whose grabs failed three times in a row. Try the next release wants it again with the refused release still blocked; Unblock lets that release be chosen again (it was refused wrongly); Can't be got is the Library page's mark; Handled closes it as it is.
An answer changes Autograb's records only. Nothing on the drives is moved or renamed.
