Agent manager
Every collection cycle each agent runs, when it last ran and how it went. Turning one off stops that agent collecting it — the check keeps its history so you can still see why it was switched off.

Changes reach the agent on its next configuration read, within a minute. If the panel is unreachable the agent keeps running whatever it last knew — an agent that stopped collecting because it could not ask permission would go quiet exactly when the panel needed it most.
